1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our educational programmes and resources. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 14 days, we will provide a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Subscription programmes purchased within the last 14 days
  • Downloadable resources/workbooks (if not accessed or downloaded)
  • Individual assessments or consultations (if not yet used/scheduled)
  • Group training packages (if not yet delivered)

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Programmes or services 15+ days after purchase
  • Content already accessed, downloaded, or significantly consumed
  • Group consultations or one-on-one coaching sessions already attended
  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@elbowspurgeskele.world with:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@elbowspurgeskele.world. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.

6. Team & Corporate Packages

Refund policies for team training packages and corporate initiatives are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific contract or agreement. Please contact us to discuss your particular situation.

7. No-Show Policy for Consultations

Scheduled consultations, group sessions, or coaching calls that are not attended without prior notice (72 hours) are not refundable. Please cancel or reschedule in advance if you cannot attend.

8. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We understand that circumstances sometimes change. If your refund request falls outside our standard policy (e.g., beyond 30 days, or for services already used), please contact us to discuss. We will evaluate your situation individually and may be able to offer alternatives such as credit toward future services, programme transfer, or extended access.
